Backorder will be opened for items that are sold out. Not to worry, you can still place your order on them. We typically arrange delivery as soon as we received and arranged the orders accordingly. Shipping timelines are approximately around 7-14 business days after backorder ended. Do note that tracking id will only be sent to you once we posted from our warehouse.

Most common cause of sensitive ears is likely a nickel allergy. Our products are nickel-free. Majority of our earring posts are made of Sterling Silver 925. We recommend those who have sensitive skin to choose our Sterling Silver 925 or Stainless Steel/Copper Jewelry. These materials have less risk of developing an allergy at any age.

Absolutely. Once your order has been processed, you will receive the tracking information via email so you can keep an eye on its activity white it makes its way to you.


Unfortunately, no amendments nor cancellation can be made after payment has been processed.  For this reason, kindly ensure that your order details are accurate during checkout.

For Malaysia orders:
West Malaysia orders: RM8 (Typically 1-3 working days to deliver)

Above delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.


Currently, we mostly ship to both Malaysia and Singapore.

We do provide international shipping other than Singapore. Kindly contact our customer service for more information.

For other international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Azloft does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

You can pay for your items in many ways! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are backorder. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available!

Exchange, Return & Refund

We offer a seven (7) day exchange for all customers. Please have your order confirmation email, proof of purchase ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the exchange qualifications listed.

To quality for an exchange
– Items that are within the timeline of 7 days upon receival
– Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
– Items returned by courier must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch required)

All below are non-exchangeable
– Items that are worn.
– Sale items
– Items with missing or torn packaging

To initiate an exchange, you are required to write in your request at with photos of products attached. Once the exchange request is accepted, our team will guide you on how and where to send the package.

Please allow slight discrepancy in the actual product colour due to lighting and monitor resolution. This shall not be considered as a defective reason.

**Please note that for exchanges due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all cost of courier. You may opt for self-drop off and pick up. Kindly contact our team for more information.

It’s our responsibility to ensure all our orders have been fulfilled correctly.  In such unfortunate event, kindly contact our customer service within 2 days (48 hours) upon receiving your parcel. Our team is more than happy to rectify the issue for you!

Kindly email us at with your order number, a photo of the received item and the description of the wrong/faulty item. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request. If your order is acknowledged as a defective item, you will have the option of a refund or exchange for the right products.

Jewellery Care

Whether its fine or costume jewelry, there’s always a sentimental value behind every piece of jewelry you buy! Here are some quick tips on preserving them:

  • Allow perfume, lotions and creams to be absorbed into skin before wearing your jewellery.
  • Remove your jewelry before showering, swmming or exercising.
  • Avoid collision with hard surface.
  • After use, clean gently with a soft dry cloth to semove skin oils and dust.
  • When not in use, store separately in cool, dry place to prevent oxidation.
  • Avoid wearing jewellery to sleep.
  • Place them individually to prevent plated jewellry from knocking each other.

It depends on the material of the accessories. Copper/Stainless Steel generally won’t be rusty however it can be tarnished overtime! Hence, we always advice our customer to remove all your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. Other Materials such as Brass, 925 silver are prone to tarnish, thus not advisable to contact with any moisture.
