Exchange & Return Policies

All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. In such event, kindly contact our customer service within 2 days (48 hours) upon receiving your parcel. We reserve the right to deny such claims if it is not within the designated timeline.

Return shipping fees will be reimbursed for items acknowledged to be defective or incorrect. Before returning your items, kindly email us at azloftco@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the received item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request. Upon receiving an acknowledgement email from us with instructions for the return, the item(s) should be sent back to us in the original condition using a shipping method that allows tracking.

Upon checking the condition of the returned item to be in its original condition. All refund payments will be processed within 3 working days, through the respective payment method paid by customer.
