Order Processing and Parcel Dispatchment

Orders typically will be processed within 1-3 business days after order made. However, Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours during non-peak season. For urgent orders, kindly contact us via customercare@azloft.com or Instagram Direct Message for urgent arrangement. We will try our very best to accommodate such orders.

Accuracy of Shipment Details

Please make sure the shipping address provided in your order is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or errors in shipping.

If the address is incomplete, the package will be returned and an additional fee may be charged for re-shipping.

Duties & Taxes

There may be duties and taxes incurred for orders outside of Malaysia.Please note that AZLOFT does not have any control over these fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any taxes, customs charges, and duties imposed by the destination country’s customs agency on their purchase or shipment. For more information, please do contact your local customs office.

Shipping Delays & Lost in Transit

All deliveries are carried out by courier companies that operate separately from us. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit, or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control, although we always do our very best to help you through the process of tracking.
